By registering with Morph Practice, you accept the Terms and Conditions and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Here’s what that means in practice. You can find the full text of the Terms and Conditions here → https://morphpractice.com/terms-and-conditions/
Morph Practice provides you with access to the platform as a subscription service (SaaS). This means that you are not purchasing software—you are using it for the period you have paid for. Access is personal and non-transferable.
Included in the subscription:
access to the platform
regular updates
technical support via email (info@mophpractice.com) on business days from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Your obligations as a user
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date
Keep your login credentials secure—you are responsible for everything that happens with your account
If you work with a team, you determine who has access and are responsible for their actions. When a colleague leaves, you must immediately revoke their access
Use the platform only for lawful professional activities
Payment and Subscription
The subscription is paid in advance—monthly or annually. If you stop payment, your access will be restricted. Morph Praxis does not refund amounts already paid in the event of early termination.
After your subscription ends, you have 12 months of limited access to your data, after which it will be deleted. We recommend that you download your data before this period expires.
Your data belongs to you
Everything you enter into the platform is your property. Morph Practice has no right to use it for any purpose other than providing the service.
You are responsible for the legality of the data you enter—including your patients’ data. Morph Practice provides the technical environment but does not control or assume responsibility for the content you enter.
Support and Changes
Morph Practice may update the platform and these Terms and Conditions. In the event of changes to the Terms, you will receive notification at least 7 days in advance via the email address you used to register. If you continue to use the platform after the changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted them.
Liability
Morph Practice provides the platform “as is.” Morph Practice’s liability is limited to the amount of fees you have paid over the past 12 months. Morph Practice is not liable for data lost due to causes beyond its control.
