How do I sign up for Morph Practice?

Registration Steps

1. Go to the registration page. Visit: https://portal.morphpractice.com/

2. Fill in your information. Enter the following information:

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • Mobile phone number

  • Password (and password confirmation)

Why do we ask for a phone number? Your phone number is collected solely for cases where we need to resolve an urgent technical issue related to the use of the platform. It will never be used for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. Read and accept the terms Before continuing, please read the documents containing important information about how we store and protect your data and the terms of use for the Morph platform:

4. Newsletter Subscription (Optional) If you’d like to receive news and updates from Morph Practice, you can select this option. It is not required.

5. Click the “Sign Up” button

6. Confirm your email You’ll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. Click the link in the email to activate your account.

Didn’t receive an email? Check your spam folder. If the email isn’t there, please contact us.

7. Log in to the platform. After confirming your email, log in with your email address and password.
